Licensing Policy

Subscription License

A Subscription License grants you the right to use the software and receive updates and support for the duration of the subscription term. When the subscription expires, you can no longer use the software. Renewing your subscription is required to continue using the software.

Perpetual License

A Perpetual License grants you the right to use the purchased version of the software indefinitely. It includes 12 months of maintenance (updates and support) from the date of purchase. After the initial 12-month period, you can continue to use the software, but you will no longer receive updates or support unless you purchase a maintenance renewal.

Maintenance Renewal

An optional maintenance renewal is available for Perpetual License holders. The renewal fee is 20% of the original license price per year. It provides access to another 12 months of software updates and support.
